Ekquisite LLC was founded in 2020. We are a Black owned business with a mission of incorporating African prints into today’s society. We aim to create unique pieces as we support young African designers. All our products are handmade in various countries in West Africa. The rich textiles, and vibrant colors make up the African prints that are our products. Africa is beyond beautiful, and the world will see that!

Ms. Ekah
I can still remember the first time I visited Liberia, a small country in West Africa where my family migrated from. Growing up I struggled with connecting with my African roots. It wasn't until my first trip back home that I fell in love with being African. I admired everything about the motherland; most especially the unique prints that my people wore. Our culture is beyond beautiful, and I knew that one day I would share this with the world.
Why do I do what I do? Because it genuinely makes me happy seeing people embrace the beauty of African prints. With your help our vision can become a reality!
MEET THE DESIGNERS
CORENA
Corena Chea is a young Liberian fashion designer based in Accra-Ghana. She studied fashion design at the BlueCrest University College. Corena believes that fashion is how we introduce ourselves to the world. As a fashion designer she aspires to empower people of all sizes with each look and give them the confidence they need to survive the reality of everyday life. We're honored to have her on the Ekquisite team!
